Organized a One-Day Workshop on “Enhancing Employability Skills” at Bengtol College on 2nd November 2023

IQAC & Career Counselling & Consultancy Cell of Bengtol College collaborated Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, BTC in organizing a One-Day Workshop on “Enhancing Employability Skills” at Bengtol College on 2^nd November 2023. The workshop was designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve their employability and career prospects.  The primary purpose of this workshop was to empower students with a set of employability skills that would make them more competitive in the job market. The workshop covered a range of topics, including Resume Building, Interview Skills, Communication Skills, Teamwork and Collaboration, Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking, Time Management and Digital Literacy. Ranjan K Baruah, Adviser, SEED, BTC, and Banrilang S Kharsati, BTR Development Fellow were the experienced professionals and career counselors to grace the workshop. The workshops encouraged and helped the students gain practical skills and knowledge that can boost their employability, increase job prospects, and advance their careers.
