Department of MIL
Department of MIL came into existence since the establishment of the college in 1981. The Department offers only MIL in Assamese and Nepali course. Since its establishment, the Department has been rendering its sincere services for fulfilling the needs and aspirations of the students of Assamese and Nepali language and Literature in particular. There is a permanent teacher for teaching Assamese MIL and a contractual teacher for Nepali MIL.

Facilities
Department has its own Departmental Library with good numbers of reference as well as text books. Apart from College Central Library, students can also access those books of departmental Library. The Department has a computer with Internet facility and also its own Wall magazine.
